It was a little dated. But the guy at the front desk was wonderful and so was his dog. He was extremely pleasant and helpful he asked several times if there was anything else we need. I definitely would recommend this.

This place is always nice neat and clean, an older couple who runs this hotel are very nice and helpful. I have on-site laundry, and even though I didn't make it to dry my clothes before they locked him up at night the management actually drop my clothes for me and they were ready to go in the morning.
Great little older motel...has all the goodies as the expensive big chains up the street, but half the price. Great several and very clean rooms...good choice!

The rooms are super cozy and clean. It is well maintained, quiet, not at all trashy (fellow lodgers), and cost friendly. The managers are AMAZINGLY sweet
I am very comfortable here as a long-time guest. The room is small and the rent a little high, but it is quiet and clean. The manager and his wife are very friendly and nice. It's a little noisy with Kimberly Blvd.right there but nothing instrusive.
